Summer Training

We are off to a GREAT start with some of the strongest participation in our team's history. That is the first step to Finding a Way to be a champion!

Remember that we have our regular training session Mondays thru Fridays at 7:30 a.m. meeting at the cell phone tower. We also have a group meeting earlier at 7 a.m. Bring your own water.

Goals for summer training:

  • Increase mileage progressively and safely over the 9 week base building phase
  • On 2 runs a week run a faster pace and watch those base runs get faster and faster as you get more fit
  • Improve core area strength & flexibility
  • Meet new friends
  • Be part of our running community

Keep it up! Be fearless to find greatness...It comes about one step at a time!

Hard-Working, Fun-Loving, Competitive Hawklets!
