Blue-White-Red 5K Time Trial

On Saturday, 8/18/18 we will hold our annual Blue-White-Red 5K time trial at Lake Jacomo in Lee's Summit, MO. We have split the teams up and each runner should wear the color of the team for which he is on. If you have spikes, you can race in them, if not, wear your running shoes. We will meet and begin the warm-up at 7 a.m. with the time trial starting at 8 a.m. We are still determining how many places per team we will score to see who wins. In terms of parking, pleas make sure to park in the grass across from the course in orderly lines. There are several events going on in this space that day.  We do not have access to the shelter this year so please be aware. We will be setting up for our breakfast afterwards somewhere near the finish line.
